These terms govern the sale and delivery of new and used vehicles by Deutschland Autos Import Export to private and business buyers.
Listings do not constitute a binding offer. The contract is formed when the quote is signed and the deposit received.
Requests go through the order form or by phone; we reply within 24 working hours with a detailed quote.
Prices shown are for the vehicle on site, excluding transport, registration and any import duties.
A deposit of [Deposit percentage to be completed] is due on ordering; the balance is payable by bank transfer before shipping.
We deliver worldwide. The indicative lead time is stated in the quote and starts when the deposit is received.
Risk passes when the vehicle is handed to the carrier; for consumer buyers, on final delivery.
Each vehicle is delivered with its registration document or equivalent, the certificate of conformity where one exists, and the customs documents required for export.
Used vehicles are sold in the condition described, with mileage certified at the date of listing. Consumer buyers benefit from the statutory conformity warranty of at least twelve months.
No warranty is owed for normal wear or for defects disclosed before the sale.
Consumer buyers have a fourteen-day right of withdrawal for distance sales, under the conditions set by law. The cost of returning the vehicle is theirs.
This right does not apply to business purchases or to vehicles sourced specifically at the buyer’s request.
The vehicle remains our property until the price is paid in full.
German law applies. For disputes with business buyers, the court of Dortmund has sole jurisdiction.
